Water Retaining Structures
Water retaining structures, both underground and above ground, require waterproofing to retain treated or untreated water within RCC enclosures, using liquid applied coatings based on the type of water and usage.
These can be either underground or above ground wherein the primary requirement is to retain water (either treated or untreated) inside an RCC enclosure.
Structures such as potable and fire water tanks, sewage treatment plants (STPs), water bodies etc. constitute water retaining structures which we most commonly treat.
RCC structures are waterproofed from inside with various liquid applied coating systems depending upon the type of water/liquid being retained and the end usage of the structure.
